(1) According to section 6, after the publication of the notice specifying the date of the election, the Commission shall publish the notice of the election program.
(2) Registering the nomination papers of candidates in the election program as per sub-section (1), publishing the list of candidates whose nomination papers have been registered, filing complaints against the candidates, examining the nomination papers, publishing the list of nominated candidates, withdrawing the names of the candidates, publishing the final list of candidates, The date, time and place of giving the election symbol to the candidate and voting should be mentioned.
(3) In the election program according to sub-section (1), the program of submitting the closed list of candidates to the Commission for the election under the proportional election system, protesting the claims and publishing the final closed list of candidates shall also be included.
(4) The election program according to this section will be published in the Nepal Gazette.
(5) According to sub-section (1) the notification according to the election program published by the commission shall be published by the concerned election officer in his office.
